not fear it.

Anxiety is one of the most common mental health disorders in the world,

and over 30% of adults experience it within their lifetime. As common as it is,

it is important to understand that it can be very overwhelming, and many

people today can hide the fact that they have anxiety. Some suffer out loud,

while others suffer in silence. It can prevent you from doing day to day tasks,

leaving the house, or just simply doing routines to keep your body healthy.

Despite whatever the reason may be, you never know what someone is going

through.

There are many types of anxiety disorders that include but are not

limited to: panic disorder, generalized anxiety, phobias, social anxiety, and

separation anxiety. Whether you have none of these, some, or all, it is crucial to

educate yourself on anxiety about what people may be going through. Anxiety

is a serious mental health issue that many confuse with nervousness or stress.

For many, it is very real and very challenging to work through.
